chin spoiler finally on

Me and some locals met up to install my chin spoiler. This freaking thing took about 2hrs to install because the plastic rivets were not strong enough to hold the chin spoiler. So we resulted in using stainless steal screws, bolts, and washers to hold it up. The end result........perfection!!!!!

I been telling everyone they wake the car up and I don't want a Marauder without one. As far as the plastic fasteners goes , its lucky you found out when you did. On my 1st Marauder the plastic fasteners pulled out as I was travelling back home to Texas from Alabama. Luckily they only pulled out in the middle and the 3-4 on each end held it on or I would have been dragging it under the car or maybe run over it and finish pulling it off and probably not even know it therefore leaving it lying in highway somewhere.

Looks nice. I've thought about doing this to my DTR, but the drop down from my driveway to the road won't allow it.

Have a trunk spoiler? couldn't tell by your pics but didn't see it listed in your appearance mods section. If you don't have one, put one on and see what it does to the rear. Wakes it up, makes it looks not so round in back, more sporty, meaner, especially with the staggered tires.

And what do the fasteners look like that you end up having to use?

I'm thinking about ordering the chin spoiler today, however my front bumper is a little jacked from one of those curb stops like a 7-11. Pulled up slightly to far on it but the damage wasnt done until I backed off of it of course. A no no with a chin spoiler attached I know.

Yes it is the mach 1 CS. I ordered mines through stangmods.com. not sure if this would work but use this coupon code to get 6% off. It says it expires 7-6 but you can give it a shot. I myself have the the bumper damage. The bumper has a warping like damage so I use ss washers, bolts, and screws to give it a secure installation. Hope this helps Muah!!!!!!

Just ordered mine this morning, think I'm gonna need something done to my front bumper before I can put it on tho. The edge of the bumper underneath is bent downwards....wish I could upload pics

Looks good! I just put one from American Muscle on my DTR last week. Looks way better with it. Now I just have to get the lip spoiler for the rear installed.
