Fiat gas flap stuck, thoughts???

My sister called, her rental Fiat Long has a stuck gas flap, so she cannot stick the gas nozzle in to put gas in. Thoughts???

If she has tried everything including prying at the thumb notch, then the final step is to call the nearest rental agent for that company and have them deliver a replacement car to her location.

Uhhhmmm WOW, they made a training video for Fiat owners on opening a locking gas cap.......I'm really glad they vote, and procreate.....:rolleyes:
