noise coming from ac

Hey guys took my marauder out today for a ride and cut on the ac and was makeing like a weird nose sounds like static noise someone plz help

If it's like my Marauder and Grand Marquis the dash register on/off lever may have to be moved a little to the closed position. I would describe it more like a flutter noise.

Yeah it is how did u fix it plz help

Just move it a bit. I believe there was a TSB issued for the problem.
