I saw one Saturday in Pennsylvania on I-78 eastbound between Harrisburg and Allentown. It had manufacturer plates, the rear taillight assembly was all taped over with black tape covering the badge, it had the AAR style hood just like the one in the video. It also had crooked tailpipes, I believe it was to draw your attention away so that you didn't realize what it was.
