Lcm warranty ??

I'm a diesel technician for Ryder trucks , at work we have a Ford program where we can look up cars and get information on them from the Vin numbers. I looked up my car because I changed the oil and seen a badge saying I had a rebuilt motor so I wanted to see what the mileage was when rebuilt. Anyhow I noticed It said the Lcm was still under warranty.

Today on a social media website someone asked about a lcm issue and that it was replaced already. I mentioned that I was on my third one . Someone left a comment saying the Ford now has a 250,000 mile warranty on the Lcm. Has anyone heard about this ?

Recieved my letter about 3 weeks ago.
Paid for my replacement back in 2010 (using non-Ford extended Warranty).
Can't wait to collect the $700 they paid to Ford.

I got mine from FBM... had the dealer install it back in feb.. Then when the letter came out.. I took it and my paypal receipt form FBM back in to the dealer they refunded what i paid FBM and their labor charge.. got a check in the mail in like two weeks.. pretty awesome..
