Steve is dealing with some personal/health issues and quite frankly has not had CVN at the forefront of his mind for some time now. He'll get around to it eventually...I think.

Hope he gets well soon. In he meantime, It would seem all he needs to do is assign that particular responsibility to someone he trusts.

I'm not sure why*....but I tried to register on CV.net a few years ago and had the same problem.
I gave up trying, and now I could care less.
* I think that I was trying to see where all the Marauder parts were going!
