I bought both the license plate frame with skulls in the lower corners, and these red-eyed skull license plate scews. I wasn't going to use them both, but thought I try them both out. Anywho, the plate frame was easy to wire up (tap into the power on the license plate light), and it looked good. The blue LEDs were very bright. Actually, they made me worry a bit, because Alabama says you aren't supposed to have anything other than red, amber, or white lights on the rear of a civilian motor vehicle. These were so bright that I was afraid I'd get pulled over. Off they came! (Anybody wants a license plate frame with blue-LED eyed skulls, send me a PM).
The license plate screws are a bit larger than I expected, and as was with the frame, the LED's are very bright. But red is okay with smokies here, so these are keepers. I'll post a picture of them on my car, but for now, here's a pic from the SS Inserts web site.
