"Keep your feet on the ground and keep reaching for the stars." We’ll miss you, Casey. R.I.P. !!!

His distinctive voice and weekly "American Top 40" radio program was an important part of both of my 3-year tours in Germany in the '70s and '80s. Keeping up with the music scene in the good 'Ole USA was one way to keep in touch with the Land of the Big PX. Listening to the Top 40 countdown was a weekly treat on American Forces Radio & Television Service (AFRTS) and the Armed Forces Network (AFN). It was a piece of home that I think every service member appreciated.
