I wish I remembered to take a before picture. Had a good hole in heel area almost to rubber below. I have several other new and almost new sets, but don't want to use them. Here is the fix.

I took mine out new and put charcoal rubber-backed plush carpet bathroom mats in. They're comfy on bare feet and washable. AND CHEAP!!!!

Took to upholstery shop and had the heel pad sewn in.

Ok I am doing this soon. Very good solution. Where did you find that pad and what is it called exactly?

Called a heel pad. It was done by a local auto upholstery shop. The same shop that recovered my center counsel armrest that Marty turned me on to. Piece was glued and sewn in over the worn area.

That floormat is the original and has 156000 miles on it.
