My guess is that the hood on this car is welded shut to keep this monster under control. :P

Although the CV525 is designed for the UK market, it's also sold in the U.S., albeit in smaller numbers. It is currently the only version of the Ford Crown Victoria / Mercury Grand Marquis in production, however only 45 of these are built per year.
As of mid-2007, around the same time the Vauxhall VXR8 was introduced, being the first rear-wheel drive American-Briton muscle saloon cars in excess of 400 brake horsepower, they are still in production.
