I just dont see this law getting enforced at all! , the individual speeding (usually over the limit) is going to get an officers attention before the slowpoke.

I've never witnessed anyone driving less than 20 over in GA........

I remember coming back from Fla. with a car I just bought, I was on the limiter in the left lane @ 103mph.....and getting passed...........

Hells bells ... MI has had it for years. Does no good, isn't enforced, and if you do flash your lights at best you get the middle finger salute at worst you get pulled-over for aggressive driving.

LOL This law has been around IL for decades as does NOTHING. I find it easier with the direct approach method of passing on the shoulder if sir asshat doesn't move. It's common sense and they know it, if not, I simply do my part to help educate the stupid.
