2004 MM Wipers Stay On All The Time

MY MM now has the wacky wiper problem. Started intermittently a few weeks ago and now all time. Can not turn off. Pulled the 7.5 amp fuse for motor. I remember reading about this on this site but unable to locate the thread. Is the turn signal/wiper switch gone bad and needs replaced?

Once you get all the gunk cleaned out, be sure to drill out larger weep holes to improve drainage and avoid a repeat.
