Time isn't on my side, my MM has lost compression on both banks, 1 cylinder on DS and 3 cylinders on passenger side. My guess is it had to have jumped the chains at the crank as it happened in the driveway. Last drive was 200+ miles at highway speeds with AC on, then stuck in traffic on 18 mile stretch, no hiccups, no indication at all of the upcoming issue. :violin:
This is the busiest (and hottest) time of my season, so for me to get it back on the road I will be towing the beeyotch to Mo's, we are already looking at our second tropical depression and I just can't see taking it apart and having to scramble to figure out how to get it out of here in an emergency.
I hate not to do it myself but logic is inescapable.
Chances of me getting it apart, and back together in a timely manner (think SSHS14) are slim.
On the high side, I get to see how the new truck tows something heavy.;)
