Not sure if this is the same one but I looks a a blue one in gilbert probably 2 years ago(private owner). Car looks decent and drove ok. Paint was bad in all the jams(flaking). Not sure if this is same car or not but both being blue and about the same miles and fairly close probably is.

Looks the same to me. Same Vin#. Carfax shows it was not sold in 2012. Maybe someone at dealership has been using/driving?
