Came out of work for lunch today and saw a Black MM at the redlight. Jumped into the car and chased him. Found him in front of Blockbuster video. He is not a member of the MMnet, yet; but has visited as a Guest before. Now he plans on registering. Gave him a copy of my newly made "MM calling cards" (an idea courtesy of the BigDogJim). Should be seeing him around the net soon.

Tried to coax him into the Philly Cruise Night tomorrow; but he has to go to Richmond tomorrow -- darn. With the exception of the restaurant episode and the other "Blue", I don't see many (if any) other Marauders on the road. It'll be great to see the line up headed to Philly tomorrow afternoon.

When I run into a new MM owner or find one in a parking lot, they get 2 cards--the North Texas Marauder card with the MM.net address and my personal business card--think I went overboard :up: :beer:

Not at all! I knock on peoples doors at their homes. Keep the enthusiasm. Ford may build it again in less than thirty years. :cool:

That's some good work there! It's great that we each do our part to increase the number of active members that own Marauders, since harsh times are due to come once the Marauder finally goes out of production making us one of Ford's bastard children. We'll need to stay together to make sure parts are available, fixes are readily introduced for problems, and to keep people enthusastic for years to come.
