My car breaks down under full throttle. But it doesn't happen at all up to about 1/2 throttle.

Is it the fuel pump, ignition or what?

Anyone know of a good dealer in the New England are preferably Massachusetts or New Hampshire?

Sounds EXACTLY like mine did when the fuel pump went.

Fuel pump or fuel filter.

Simple John.....just drive it like it's a Grand Marquis!!;)

Seriously, it's probably what they said above.....do the filter first!!

Good Luck!!

Also Check your AIR Intake and filter... because it is easy.

Thank you for your response.

I floored it a couple of times after the first hesitation event and there was no hesitation.
