I switched to low beam, my lights went out and all my dash warning lights came on, as if the car was in 'run' but not running.
the car runs fine.
I went to high beams, lights came back on, but 'traction control' light styed on.
I shut the car off and restarted = all was normal.

Today in daytime driving, all my dash warning lights came on, high beam light, ABS, traction control - even the HVAC unit wwas making noise. my wipers would not work, my lights would not work, but the car runs fine.
I shut it of and restarted, now it still has no lights or wipers and all warning lights on while running.

LCM or aftermarket remote start wiring goine bad?

Any recent work done?

Check the wiring harness behind the drivers side cam cover. Check the grounds in the engine compartment.

Yes to recent work.
Passenger side headlight and sidelight replaced, sidelight wiring needed to be fixed/spliced with Napa sockets.
I did not do this work, or wire the remote start, but some accessory wiring is in that area, including what looked like a relay, and a ground wire.
Start there? Maybe disconnect the battery, power to remote start, and reconnect the battery only - try again?

EDIT: can we say the LCM would not cause my warning lights to come on and wipers to not work?
Must be where the guy just messed with my lights/ground feeding back into the remote starter?

Solved. fender ground bolt slightly loose.
All systems normal, except ABS dash light still on.
Will try drive cycles before digging in. thanks fastblackmerc, for stating the obvious first check ;)
