Why do you need a PCM Mike?

Such a long and twisted story.

My PCM is ok, but the spare PCM I bought off of a member here last year turned out not to be a BMD0. I was going to use the spare to do tuning on and always keep my back up in case things go wrong. That's where the story gets deep.
I had bought Delta Force software (junk as far as Marauders are concerned) and try to use it on the backup PCM but after much time and many emails with the owner of the company he admitted his software was screwed up when it comes to Marauder specific tuning. Willy from Dirty Dirty racing (who I purchased the software from agreed to help me out with tuning (I mailed in the spare PCM to him) along with the tune from my existing PCM and he was going to install my tune to the backup PCM as well as mod it with different cooling fan settings and turning off the PATS. When I got the backup PCM back in the mail and plugged it in the car wont' crank when you turn the key...nothing...dead. Plug in the existing PCM and it starts right back up.

Do you guys use Delta Force?

We do not use Delta Force but it sure sounds like whatever he did did not turn off the PATS on the "second" processor.
