Now the Squirrel is addicted to Vaseline. That was funny. The problem with shooting them is one is not enough you need 8-10 to make a good meal.

The hawks, buzzards and fox like as many as I can drop.

Being in the out-in-country, average ~30/year.

When I lived in the city (and had 2 black walnut trees in my yard) the average was ~200/year (peaked 1 year at 311). *The inside of my garage's service door was my tally board.

For me ... Add crows, coyotes, and semi-feral cats to scavenger list.
