Well, I took delivery on the '04' Marauder from Ohio on Friday, it took 4 days to come to Las Vegas. I drove it from the transport truck to my storage garage, here are some pictures thus far. The car came with all factory manuals and brochures, along original window sticker, and DVD. Just to bring everyone up to speed on this car, it's a 1 owner, 8700 mile, garage kept Trilogy #128 equipped mostly stock perfect condition car. Not only does it smell new on the inside, but under the hood smells like new.

I will drive it without much concern about the mileage, since it's not my daily driver, the mileage will always be low.

It's the old "Ying and Yang" scenario, previous owner not driving much, equals better car for next owner.

I equate it to having a beautiful, able bodied girlfriend or wife and not utilizing what she can do. Leaving her home alone.
The next guy gets all the fun ;)

Yea, I went to the garage today to wipe the car down, it was like wiping down a brand new car, plus the previous owner had some clear plastic paint protector applied below the molding on the sides, and lower part of the rear bumper. I can't wait to get the car outside and really look it over. Also the wheels look like they were just taken out of their boxes.

My guess is the trilogy Maruader with long tubes will change your mind.
It's not really avoidable. You will burn tires at a rolling 40 mph if you mat it.

:burn:

Congrats on the killer score!!,

I guarantee that car is Not in better shape then mine, now add a Trilogy, subtract $6,000.00, and I feel very good with my purchase.

As well you should! :D

Sort of an example the deal you scored. Another guy awaiting a 23k mile SB he will do well on also, if condition is as promised. Nice ones are out there, but not all 'deals'.
I'm happy for your gain :bows:

I think its easy to see this was a good deal.

I often think there is too much focus on how much was paid, the reality is very very few are going to buy a Marauder and make any money on it later, especially if additional funds are spent on modifications.

If you can afford the car and it makes you happy who cares what it costs, enjoy it, and that can mean keeping it pristine and driving lightly or driving it thousands and thousands of miles.
