Replacement Tips

Hi -- I'm looking for a set of replacement tips, without resonators, for my '03. Any suggestions on where to get a GOOD set of tips?
Sorry if this has been asked 1,000,000X over... I actually searched first, and found nothing.

Some may have a Megs set for sale on here.

Or another choice is Megnaflow tips which I have.They are close but a few inches shorter then the Megs.:)

Might be worth while to change the rear exhaust from 2 & quarter to 2 & half inch pipes as well,I did that & the MM is a meaner sounding beast.:eek:

Anything wrong with the tips you have now? If not take them off, remove the resonators and reinstall.

I already had my exhaust done... 2 1/2" pipe, custom X-pipe, into Dynapacks.. Sounds AWESOME, but I was told after the job was done that I had resonators in my tips.

I know the discussions about it "not making much sound difference", but, I've actually heard my system with AND without resonators back there and there's a bit of a 'baffle' tone difference. I like it..

As for punching mine out. No, mine are mint (car only has 40k on it), but we figured it would be easier to just swap them and retain the factory equipment, in tact, at this point.

I have a set that just came off my '03. They are in need of a good cleaning but are in good shape with hangers. They are resonated but obviously it's easy for any shop to knock those out.

I have Magnaflow 4" tips, they are very high quality.

Do you have a part number for the 4" magnaflow tips? I clicked on the link above the other day and it was fine, but now it is showing double truck suv tips.

Price as well. I saw no price, but I think those are the tips just not MM specific

You can buy the magnaflow 22" length 4" width tips on ebay for 80$ a piece and sometimes theyre on sale.
