Despite the low miles on my car, there was a slight sag in the rear bumper mainly in the center, I decided to eliminate this in the most simple way possible. If you can guess what I did, then you win a Cookie.

Bumper tuck.

Unbolt the two lower support brackets and turn them out of the way or remove them entirely. install a ziptie through the mounting holes for the bolts just removed and ziptie the bumper mounts to the upper bracket and tighten untill sag removed.

I used a cable tie in the center.

I used a cable tie in the center.

Your close Zack, 2 small holes drilled in flat backside lip under bumper, 2 Black Zip ties per side with small washers on either side of hole for support/ Grommet effect, pull until sag is relieved, then a little more for added measure. 10 minutes, $4.00, and satisfaction achieved.

Exactly what I did
I didn't describe it as eloquently as you.

I should add, each hole was placed on either side of Sag so as to pull evenly and create the desired flat look.

What about the gap that develops under the tail lights? How do they fix that?

Design flaw, would have to reengineer.

Not true, there is a fix for that.
A (former) member sold a kit, not sure if he still does.
And it works.

I'll take your word on that.

I cured my sage by gluing a piece of alum strap to bumper cover 8 years later still good :)

All good.
Anyone reading this thread probably corrected the rear bumper sides under the quarter panel indentation issue?

I hate mine and must get the bumper sides under the quarters straight:mad:

I wanted to avoid going this route, that's why I did what I did, the most simple way first.

I could tell you how to make the sides of your bumper look straight, but you would't like the answer, and a lot of members would claim they know a better way. I'll give you a hint, it's like when you buy a Fiberglass Hood, or Ground Effect part and it's all Wavey and nasty looking, well, same fix.

Do a search in my posts, I addressed this issue effectively and inexpensively.

Took 10 mins of my lunch break to remove the pro guard (had to cut part off since one of the nuts was rusty free spinning), four holes and several zip ties later it does look better.

So I take it the pro gard is not worth it, just do the zip ties.

I had a Reinhart proguard on I want to say 7+ years? My bumper was sagging dead center, looks much better now. I'm sure the zip ties I used from my work won't hold well/long so I'll figure something more permanent out.
