Very Important Meeting Sunday 4-25-04 At Dugans Pub

I have talked to several members of our club in the last couple of days, it seems that we have a lot of things to put together in the upcoming months. I just added 3 names to our member list and it keeps growing every week. It looked like we would have a decent turnout this sunday at Dugans, so I think it will be a great chance to hammer down a few items. I will need help, that is a no brainer, and want to get some feed back from you all.

Tentative agenda:

*Formally establishing the officers of the club.
*Formally incorperating the club to protect the name.
*Establishing an annual membership fee.
*Establishing a checking account under the club name.
*Establishing a few basic bylaws or guidlines.
*Discussion on events and who is attending:
-Indy
-Norwalk
-Open Track @ MIS
-Roush Event
-Woodward Dream Cruise
*Plans for Woodward Dream Cruise:
-Locations
-Possible cost factors
-EARLY Deposits for reserving your spot!
-Sponsors & Vendors

Please think about these items so we can discuss them. If anyone has anything else for the agenda, PM me an I will add them. This has the potential to be one of the biggest clubs in SE Michigan, and definitely the biggest and best organized Marauder clubs anywhere.
