Down Loading pictures

I am not able to down load any pictures. It say's I can but not able. Can some one help?

Tapatalk app makes uploading pics too easy. One button and done. Obviously this pertains to cell phones however.

That is how I do it. Free Photobucket, upload your pics then copy the link and insert into your post.
