I've never heard of an EGR valve making noise, but the "hoon" sound from the IAC on the 2V engine is quite common...in fact, my DD does it periodically...but I haven't heard of the same issue affecting the 4V.

Can you try to locate the area of the sound? Front or back of motor, which side, etc?

There's no such thing as an "icv" valve...do you mean the IAC or the PCV?

My bad for the grammar been wrong I was on the phone at the time ok the car making a hoon noise I'm thinking it's the IAC valve when I unplug the IAC valve the car shut off quick I don't know but the sound coming from the air intake hose

Now we're getting somewhere. The "hoon" sound from the intake is most likely the IAC. It's normal for the car to die when the IAC is unplugged. You can try cleaning it, but replacement is usually the long-term solution. Fortunately that's easy and inexpensive.
