Happy Anniversary!

To me and my Marauder. Kinda caught me by surprise today, but today is the day 11 years ago I made the 1500 mile round trip from Lufkin, TX to Cleveland, TN to pick up my new 2003 Marauder. I bought it in Jan 04. It had been built in Jun 02 and sat around for 18 mos. It will turn over 75K miles tomorrow, while I'm on a 500 mile road trip this weekend for our anniversary.

I wonder how many of us original owners still have their cars and are on the list?

Its the anniversary for my car too.....but i bought it used, 5 years ago. 182,6xx miles, and going strong.

Mine spent "Our 11th Anniversary" (11-25-14) in the Hospital gettin' a "Heart Transplant"!!!:(

Havin' physical therapy (dyno) tomorrow and may get to come home this week!!:beer:

BTW, she had 256,172.9 miles on her when she got sick!!:bigcry:

I have mine. I had sold it to a good friend who just stored it for me and got it back. It will be around till I go on to see the man up stairs. It is like new, been inside. Paint is still great.

Bought mine new in spring of 04. The first dyno, late 04 early 05 with a canned tune, Diablo Sport Predator, netted 245 HP at the rear wheels. :down:

Then with an SC kit, installed in 07, the dyno netted 425 hp. :burn:

Retuned at Mo's in Nov 2014, netted 431 RWHP with 128K miles on the trip meter, that's seven years between tunes. :banana2:

What a car. Here's to Silverback. :beer:
