Its official, my cherry has been popped. First mod done to my Marauder. I installed the SCT Tuner with Mo's tune today!! WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE. Tranny shifts perfectly now. Nice firm shifts and no more bogging down at low MPH. Everything i have read about his tune in here is spot on. Car feels so much lighter and much more pleasurable to drive around town. He is great with customer service too. ALways answers his phone and helps me out with questions i have. Its crazy how much Ford had to detune these cars because of those stupid EPA restrictions. Only bad thing is i cant drive my car too much right now because of the rearend. Axle seal is leaking. My 4.10 gears and axles came in the mail. now patiently waiting for my mechanic to install the gears. Im really excited to see how this car is with the 4,10's and Mo's tune :banana2:

Once the 4.10's are installed you'll think that someone switched cars on you.
Get ready to :D.....a Lot.

Pin the throttle and let me know how hitting second gear feels after the 4:10's are in.

I still remember my first time!!!

Who's doing the work, Tasca?

Having a local shop do it. Putting my trust and $$$ in local business. :)

I still need to get mine tuned. If I gave any money left after this vacation, I might have to dip into my motorcycle fund, but I need this done to adjust for the headers. I'm 4 months overdue for emissions lol

Most charge in the $35.00 to $500.00 range. More importantly is your guy experienced with Ford 8.8 rear ends?

Cheap price isn't worth it if the gears aren't setup properly.

As soon as they are installed, new gears should be a quiet as the original gears. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
