Don't know if anyone cares but I too the extra COT I had to a local welder after cutting it to size. 3/4 of 1" is what I went with.http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/15/03/19/ef83e7e8f02c41d9b4b620a3f981f0 68.jpghttp://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/15/03/19/649e6adee3a3944ca7845bb5fc8843 74.jpghttp://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/15/03/19/534ee32574a4f54e095862a2449862 ed.jpghttp://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/15/03/19/06e6ce7cafa8bbaeff0051e8bc1a5e d8.jpg. Pressured tested and ready to go. I'll clean it up and drop some fresh paint. Total cost $30

He says its cast steel not aluminum. I told him no but he kept insisting it was. With 30+ years of experience who am I to correct him

Now strip the nice paint off you just sprayed and take it back to the welder. There are no hold-down tabs welded on.
And the 5/8" outlet tube needs to be removed and welded shut. You have my cooling mod, which goes directly to the heater core.
The pipe/hose on the PS is eliminated.

It's funny after I painted it I turned around and looked into my toolbox and the first thing I saw was the mounting tabs.

The first pic is what I got from you. I thought I needed the T connection also. I'm slow. I thought yours were the same musclemerc's. I'll have to go back to my notes

I knew this was for an eaton swap, thus the missing Tee.
