Pete if you don't have the holes get a bracket from BigMikes out in Ca so you don't have to destroy the bumper. Otherwise Ford has them. Haggis can get you the exact www. for the brackets. Maybe if Barn see's this he'll post

Thanks Eric. Mine got squashed today. bumper isnt too bad. A few scratches.

Thanks for the info guys. Currently I'm just looking for a replacement, not the one you can hide. I tried ordering the part number 3W3Z17A385AAA. I thought I was good to go. Then I get this email back. Obsolete?? I need one these the holes match up same as OEM.

Since the thread is up, I'm also looking for a bracket that's in decent shape because the previous owner apparently used it to line the car up to walls so it's cracked on all sides. If someone has one laying around and wouldn't mind posting overseas please let me know!

Oh look. They also carry the rear Marauder bumper cover. How much you want to bet I get a "discontinued, you will be refunded" message? lol

I'm not sure if a Marquis bracket will fit. If the holes are in different places maybe you can drill appropriate ones, once covered by the plate only you will know.

What about the Grand Marquis license plate brackets that looked like this? It is a very small piece, it just supports the bottom of the plate, and the top of the plate gets screwed directly into the bumper cover.
