If there is another ride, hopefully he is kicking it with Robert Johnson and SRV.

A few old timers still around, Buddy Guy and John Mayall for example, but your right the list is getting shorter all the time. Lucky for us folks who love the Blues there are a lot of middle aged blues players still going and the youngin's are picking up the torch.
Lucille will probably end up in the Smithsonian or the Blues Hall of Fame.

I put in a request to work his last show ever, but didn't get it. I was told it was good I missed it. It took him 20 minutes of his band playing before he took stage, stopped mid song and looked at the floor, people yelling at him to play a song... The news will not say it, but even his crew said he was in no condition to perform. Blues artists go until they have to be rolled away, gotta love it.
Chuck Berry is still around, go hear him sing about his ding a ling.
I caught Bo Diddley on his last tour.
See your favorites before it's too late!!!!

I agree.
Jimmy Page and Jeff Beck still out perform younger 6 slingers. See them now, I know I go every chance I get.
I saw SRV just 2 shows before he passed, thankfully.
