"I'm sorry to inform you that this glass was out on here by mistake by the company that makes our listings, we do not have this glass for sale it was ordered in for our service department, so i can go a head and cancel the order and get your money refunded "

I'm waiting for an answer = why?
If they did not have one to send me, why relist it? Probably an error (again) by 'by the company that makes our listings'...
I'm not doing it again, and waiting for two refunds.

HA! No I admit I was a little preturbed, and slightly less than polite.

They were real casual--"We can refund the money if you want" HECK YES WANT

And I also want you to stop listing and selling a product that does not exist.
