good catch! restored 11 years ago, someone probably bought it from a classic car dealer via bank loan. not sure how you lose that much car over unpaid taxes?

"Engine cranks but does not start. Radiator leaks. Has water leaks from front windshield and trunk when it rains as indicated by standing water on the driver side floor after recent heavy rains and a damp carpet in the trunk."
