Just thought I would throw this out for something to talk about. I have seen so many creative avatars and messages in our personal statemeants of expression. Like my curreant page. For an example. I used and eight ball ( For obvouis resons) and a Tach. Going to stick with elmo for now (just being crazy) I just had what I did to my MM on the attahced message. But Mary has made me some cool additions. Just would like to get some background into your page and design. Maybe we can have sum fum and share sum ideas!!! And Lets Play Nice!!!!

Correct us if we are wrong, but isn't that guy Grover from Sesame Street? My 6 year old insists it is Grover, not Elmo!!!

Five years back we became addicted to Carribean cruises....been to over 20 islands now, and also love scuba.
This has been our email and license plate for years as well. Has nothing to do with cruising in a car.
Pitched the plate when I adopted the MM. I was inundated with so many questions regarding the new MM, I promptly changed my plate to WTF_IS_IT.
We're still CRUZTAKERS though!

My animated avatar is of a Phoenix bird which I use because of my Firehawk.
The Phoenix Bird by Hans Christian Andersen (1850)
The complete poem located at http://hca.gilead.org.il/phoenix.html
In the Garden of Paradise, beneath the Tree of Knowledge, bloomed a rose bush. Here, in the first rose, a bird was born. His flight was like the flashing of light, his plumage was beauteous, and his song ravishing. But when Eve plucked the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, when she and Adam were driven from Paradise, there fell from the flaming sword of the cherub a spark into the nest of the bird, which blazed up forthwith. The bird perished in the flames; but from the red egg in the nest there fluttered aloft a new one—the one solitary Phoenix bird. The fable tells that he dwells in Arabia, and that every hundred years, he burns himself to death in his nest; but each time a new Phoenix, the only one in the world, rises up from the red egg...
...The Bird of Paradise—renewed each century—born in flame, ending in flame! Thy picture, in a golden frame, hangs in the halls of the rich, but thou thyself often fliest around, lonely and disregarded, a myth—“The Phoenix of Arabia.”
In Paradise, when thou wert born in the first rose, beneath the Tree of Knowledge, thou receivedst a kiss, and thy right name was given thee—thy name, Poetry.

I used to do a lot of on-line combat flight sim flying. If you're playing fighter jet pilot you have to use a macho sounding call sign, so I picked "Fourth Horseman." I've just sort of used that on the internet ever since as a way to maintain some anonymity. I chose the avatar of the grim reaper to match the Fourth Horseman, or death.
I don't fly as much any more, but I can still throw a 40 ton F-15E around the sky like it was an F-5. So if you see me online, check six! ;)
Horseman one one, winchester, RTB.

Right on! You know, I love that film. Not because it was an action film, or because it was depicting one of America's finer military achievements, but because it did a good job of portraying the courage and above all the professionalism of our soldiers. I know it's still a Hollywood film, but it was nicely done. I commend Ridley Scott on a fine job.

The screamin' baby and I been hanging out together for a number of years. I pulled a high-res photo off a photographer's Web site. (I was designing sites for photographers at various newspapers at the time. It was a blast, especially the "adults-only" sections.)
The little guy and I hit it off immediately because you can't really tell why he's upset ... it could be anything that set him off. The attitude said it all though ... unhappy and unafraid to share that with the world.
