Hey! What do ya'll think about these wheels for my freshly painted 1993 Chevy Silverado xcab 2wd (still at the paint shop getting finished up)? The truck was factory Silver with a lower Black accent. And that is how I kept it. But, here is the link to the wheels on Summit Racing's website: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/vsw-141h5873gm19/overview/ .
I don't recall having heard of Vision wheels before. But they have the look I want, the price is right and they can hold up to 1900 lbs each. Should serve me fine. I was going to wrap the rims with a set of BFGoodrich Radial T/A (white letter out for that old school look) using a siz of 255 70 15.

If your 2wd is a five lug / five spoke version, I like them. Torque Thrust flash backs!
If you have 6 lugs/6 spokes, I'd be looking at something else, myself.

In my opinion they are a little too old school for your Chevy.

Six lugs would open up a whole new world of possibilities! ;) But, I don't like the idea of running spacers etc. I saw a local truck like mine running the newer 20" LTZ Tahoe and Suburban wheels (5 spoke, IIRC) and it was a very nice look. However, he had to run 2" spacers.

I was actually thinking that. But, being 2wd, I haven't found much else that grabs me except an Ansen Sprint style slotted mag or something like that. But, those are almost double the cost. :depress: This project is already digging WAY into the Eaton swap fund!

I'll get some pics of the truck next week. It's still getting finished up in the paint shop. I gotta order the wheels and tires by Monday. I don't want to roll too long on the nasty stockers that won't come clean after 22 years of brake dust etched into the finish! :puke:
Thanks for all the comments!
Chief, what size tires did he go with?

235/75/15 Firestone Winterforce, used year round for New England snow and rain - they grip awesome!
And this is the actual wheel, Ultra Wheels type 5051 SDC (had to look at 2 year old invoice)
still available
