I'm in the same boat ordering stuff from the states. About .78 cents to the US dollar now. I remember talking about it about 4 years ago on this forum, our dollar was worth $1.05, big difference!

Wow...I didn't realise the loonie had fallen so far relative to the USD.

As others said, there are pluses and minuses on both sides of the border...you have a weak dollar, we have douchebags shooting up churches.

EPA Regulations - 84,000+
Percent of Youth arrested for a non-traffic offense - ~25%
Total Gov't Spending 36.5% of every dollar.

And yet we are continually told there are not enough Laws, Regulations or Gov't Spending.

IT is now more efficient for the Gov't to tell us what to do instead of what not to do.
