I remember a clip from this video a long time ago. Pan out to 5:00 mark. Pretty cool to see the MM in action.

DR had done work to most of the FHP Marauders. Tune, driveshaft and some other stuff IIRC.........

Be nice to know what happened to all those cars...

From what I remember...

After X amount of miles the FHP Marauders were returned to the gentleman that "loaned" them to the FHP.

If my feeble mind remembers correctly there were a couple highly supercharged with no speed limiter--- top speed never revealed that I know of. Dennis did a great job on these cars. Drive safely but with Gusto ! Maury

FHP even had a Marauder Driving School for troopers that got them. I came real close to getting allowed to go to class but #2 in charge of FHP said NO. oh well. Some were super charged. There was a benefactor that donated 12, thought they put trilogy systems on them (could be wrong) . Remember seeing FHP parking lot in broward co, right where the 595 and 75 cross just full of Marauders for auction , saw every color but blue . An FHP Marauder was the first Marauder I ever saw in person. That begin desire to own a Marauder :)

I liked these car so much back then/ I had just got mine brand new and was trying to decide what mod direction to go in. I called DR to inquire about the project and mods. It was my intention to make my Marauder identical to the FHP cars. But his legendary piss poor communication skills killed that deal real quick!

Good thing too. I can only imagine the fiasco that would have ensued with such a project!

None had forced induction.

If they're not still running them, I wouldn't be surprised if the officers ended up buying them to keep personally after they were decommissioned.

I'm not sure if he's a member here or not but there's a guy in Spain who claims to have imported an original FHP Marauder from Florida.

Very possible. It has the signature cobra on the fender.

There were a bunch that went to auction and I wouldn't be surprised if one went out of the Miami port headed to Spain.

Only DR probably has a record of all the VIN's that he put the package in.
