Cadillac and Maserati look promising. Not impressed with the looks of anything else.

JEEZ!!
AWD and 707 HP... :awe:

That Jeep will pull a hellish holeshot.

Might be quicker than the new Tesla.

Very nice! But if I was the owner of one o those I wouldn't allow my kids to eat or drink anything inside.

I'd honestly be happier to see a Hellcat 300 instead of a Hellcat Jeep.

i guess 707 hp is cool and all but i'd rather have a typhoon for an AWD SUV. i see a lot of rolled jeep hellcats in the future.

This just makes me want to drop a turbo'd LS in my safari.

Crap. Guess I'm gonna have to flirt with 5,710 RPM's and get another 5 RWHP now. [emoji57]

Yea I hoped they revamped the suspension on those things, they have one of the worst rollover ratings for an SUV

Just what the world needs. A 707 hp Jeep. Chrysler should work more on putting out a transmission that doesn't break.

True.....but transmitting 707 HP to 4 grippy tires is a tough job for any automatic transmission.....
"Holy hot trans fluid Batman!!!"

At least the Hellcat has 2 'safety fuses' !
(spinning &smoking rear tires)

The SRT-8 Jeeps have been built in the 1000+ HP Club and seem to do well.

The funny thing about the Mopar Hellcat setup is the NA 6.4L Scat Packs are costing less. IMHO buy a NA 6.4L and do a 1000+ HP turbo set up for less.

My daughter bought a new 15 Cherokee and the trans broke in the first month. I used to sell Chryslers back in the late 90's and had to overcome the bad trans issue all the time. Why Chrysler would let such an important component of the vehicles ruin their reputation for so many years is astounding. And they wonder why they are batted around like a soccer ball and had to be bailed out by the taxpayers. Not to mention videos of their assembly workers drinking and smoking pot on their lunch hour right after the bailout.

I used to think the Jeep SRT made no sense. Then a casual conversation with Jerry Barnes (Mr. Trilogy engineering) opened my mind. We bought an '08 brand new. It's 420hp was well controlled and the suspension was unbelievable. Just because something shouldn't work doesn't mean it won't work. That was a great vehicle that happened to be an SUV.
