If the plastic is not broken or cracked, take it to a good upholstry shop and they can match it up and do it in leather. The 300A's had leather, 300B's went to pleather. I've had 2 recovered and once the leather shrinks a little they look like factory.

If you have a good armrest pad here is a brand-new insert with wrong color pad:
