Anyone here know how to tune using a Megasquirt II

My buddy has a Megasquirt II he's trying to use on his 1988 Turbo mustang GT. Just wondering if anyone close know how to tune using one? Thanks in advance.

This is where he bought it from. Got it setup and car will idle, but more tuning needed.
