There's a Motor City Marauders Facebook page, other than that one and now yours I think that's it. Maybe there is a super secret page?

There were about 20 or 30 Marauder "pages" back in 2005 or 2006. This was in the infancy of Facebook before most of you joined. Basically it was just people creating random appreciation bin posts and there was "mercury marauder enthusiast club", "mercury marauder fan club" and other variations. I don't know what happened to those pages as I joined several of them back in the day

I like that it was created. I see FB more often than I check the website. MCM site is good but there can be more than one. Spreading the word and linking it to this website is a good thing.

FaceBook and the MM Forums serve two different purposes. Info on FaceBook is highly perishable and is buried too deep to find after 24 hours. It is good for sharing "in the moment" stuff. Forums are better at capturing information with a longer shelf life. Once you learn how to search a particular Forum, it is relatively easy to find things back 12-13 years ago. Try finding something that was posted yesterday on FaceBook.

There's Mercury Marauder Fan Club and Motor City Marauders on Facebook. The original mercurymarauder.net forum will still be my #1 go to. Whether it's for car maintenance info, looking for parts, or meeting up a couple of times a year with members and having a great time!

I got my first 'pay as you go' phone when I was 40, still have it, turned off, in my car. Charged up to make a call. Because I can't walk for help anymore.
Otherwise, I wouldn't have that either.
Life before internet and cell phones was mostly better.
I have joined a few of the trends, only for them to fade away....
