biggest cost difference is the carbon wheels I believe, but items like no resonators in exhaust - different rear wing, different tires (Pilot sport cup 2s), tuning and stiffer springs & roll bar make the car even more track ready.

I drove one a few weeeks ago at Lime Rock, CT., and it was weird having the instructor sitting next to me yelling "DON'T shift it till 8000!"

I think the R has a rear seat delete in addition to other changes mentioned above.

They talk about magnetic shocks in the video. That's something I never heard of.
