04mm all trim , removed . overhead console , and weatherstrip is gone . what is holding this up ? is it glued somewhere ? it wont move . help thanks

Yeah its glued. Use a long knife and be careful not folding the head liner.

appreciate that info . do you about where the glue points are . seems to be in the middle near the end of the console . not sure of a long knife , that's quite far in there .not much give in the headliner to even look . after all this work its going to come down , I just don't want to kink it .

Also be careful not to damage the wiring.
Here's a pic from one of my friends headlining swap, you can see where the glue is.

My fabric sags when it is humid out. Is there a way to fix without removing and replacing the fabric? Maybe a heat gun will shrink it?

im not going to chance this . trim shop quoted me 150.00 to r and r headliner and mount the long console . some times its best to step back and watch . I would take that sagging liner to the pros . I sprayed glue on a sagging GM car that I had and it turned out like garbage . no fabric for me . only nuts and bolts !!

that would be Dons in Alsip il .119 and cicero ave 708-371-8020. does really nice work . they replaced a headliner in my 87 442 , and it was perfect .
