Got Another One, Looking for Some Stuff

Wife's Silver is getting high in miles (approaching 260k) and a few little things have been bothering her. Nothing new on the market compares, so I've been searching for a good replacement just like hers for awhile. Requirements for a replacement were: Stock, Silver, Light Flint, Heated Seats.

Finally found one, it was in Lexington. Under 15k miles, near perfect condition in all aspects that really matter (body, interior/floor mats, mechanical). A couple of little things need fixed: Mirror switch, lights in window switches, adjustable pedals, radio. All of those are common problems and fairly easily repairable.

What I'll be changing or searching for is: Window tint, Nightshades, SS Inserts, MO Fender badges, Door edge guards, Splash guards, Undercar lighting kit, Pro-Guard.

I already have a OEM style spoiler that needs painting, but would really love to find another Roush one. Probably no hope for that.

Her old one will become my daily driver to work, her new one will be for limited use to keep the miles down. Mine will continue to be the toy.

Window tint will either be local to your area or they sell precut kits on ebay (use crown vic since it is the same if you go that route) I have no idea how true the precut is. Nightshades? You mean vent shades..I think most prefer the kind that go under the weather stripping rather than the self adhesive kind. see MO about the fender badges. progard are prolly getting scarce now with demise of crown vic police. Progard does not sell direct but you can email their sales and they will give you a list of dealers in your state that may still have some in stock.

Yeah, I was figuring on local for tint. Legal darkness too.

Nightshades spray on tint for taillights. Haven't looked yet, they may not even make it any more.

I figured since the CV platform has been out of production awhile the splash guards and door edge guards may be hard to find. Hopefully some NOS will pop up somewhere. The undercar security light kits were discontinued long ago, I believe someone on here made a reproduction kit at one time.

I might have a set of MO badges rat-holed away somewhere, gotta dig into my treasures.

Anybody know if Curless still has pedal gears?

I may need to find a CAR motorsports trunk liner and underhood liner too.

Floor mats are in the trunk, like new and never used!
