I have read the posts about the use of other radios. Do any have the plug so my daughter can use her Ipod or I phone for music?

If yes anyone have one form my 03 Rauder?

I need the steering wheel control ability also. Would this work? I would rather buy from a member here.

Looks like that works off of FM signal, so I am assuming it will not work with my Marauder radio since the radio portion is broke.

Do you have the 6-CD changer?

Try and stay away from the FM interfaces.... sounds quality is terrible and you can't control the ipod / iphone with the steering wheel controls.

I can suggest a few options if your interested.

Other than the wiring kit, what else is needed to fit in the dash properly? No extra plastic ect. i need it to look good enough for my wife.

maybe a little late but.... I assume you talking about replacing the headunit?

Aftermarket headunit parts:
Metra dash kit: 95-5817
Scosche power, speaker connector: FD23B
Steering wheel interface (will depend on what manufacture radio you get): PAC Audio: SWI-X, SWI-RC or Axxess: ASWC-1

Very easy to install. Minor modification to the radio opening is required.

Bought a JVC unit. The install was free if I bought that unit. A little more than the 120 of those units listed above, but it is a DVD also. I was looking at a Kenwood unit, but the free install and 60 bucks less for the unit changed my mind. I have till Monday to decide if I want to add the back up camera. I did not know these new radios had power outputs for the cameras and all that now a days. COOL
