What is the part number for the sticker that came with the marauder new that round black and chrome sticker and how much is it?

I'm not sure if there is a part number. If your talking about the Mercury "God's Head" decal, then it came with the jacket that all "New" owners received after purchasing the MM, then you may be out of luck......
If you purchased your MM "used", then I don't think you'll be able to get the jacket as purchase incentive.
