Not in any hurry. There are a lot of stuff out there you can do. Could even find wrecked Marauder and put the power train in it.

There are way better options than this....

I may not do anything. It has a 302,C-6,9",power steering and power brakes and no A/C. Looks like bigger motor later 351W.

GOOD PLAN
KEEP IT SIMPLE AND EASY = MORE SMILES PER MILE
NICE FIND.

Very nice, and rare. Most were F150 in '79. And the smallblock C6 was also pretty uncommon.

I just helped a friend get a similar one running. It was a barn find, '79 F100 Ranger Lariat 2wd with factory fender flares. Never saw one like it before.

Great score, Last "great body" before the light weight thin metal 1980 body.

I love it!!! Antique and lacquer it (maybe chnage to red roof to antique light blue or cream...) resto-mode update the suspension and add fatty wheels and tires --lower it a smidge... OR NONE OF THE ABOVE!

Just LOVE IT. Cant really tell from picures, is it a SHORT BED? If so this is a great find!
