I saw in your other post, #6 was low on compression
You pulling the cover because oil is leaking down in the spark plug hole?

Yes you can remove both cam covers without removing the intake. Drivers side is easier than the passenger side.

You need to remove the throttle body and maybe the idle air control valve.

Just remove the upper lid and be done with it....much easier with it all off.

cool thanks, figured i would have a look to see if i can spot anything. guess im still old school with the sockets, maybe i can talk the wife into one oh never mind i got a bad cylinder i almost forgot lol

Everyone who posted the mini impacts, you guys rock!!!!
It reminded me to charge mine up for this weekend, I would have been a little upset with weak batteries.
I use a 18 volt dewalt 1/2 inch impact. It's a gift from the heavens :cool:

I have a craftsman 1/2" battery operated impact that I do not think very highly of. Bought it to swap wheels at the track on my mustang. Failure!!!!
