Drag racers prior to this new policy have been ticketed for several years now in which after receiving the ticket and then warned not to come back to the area throw the tickets away and continue to race at those several locations that were reported and these are not moving violations tickets , these are "appear at criminal court" tickets in which you (and an attorney-if you can afford one) stand in front of a criminal court Judge and not a administrative traffic Judge . this way with the new policy in place "if they can afford to put 20,000 or more into there engines" , then they can afford the high fines and the high fee to get there car back...
