Thread: Center Console lid replacement?

    Center Console lid replacement?

My center console lid is cracking on top and I can not find a replacement. Does anyone know where I can get an OEM replacement or the next best thing? Also any info on how to take the lid off? So far ebay has lids that are worse than mine or knock offs that look nothing like the original. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

If it were me, I would go to an upholstery shop and have them work their magic.

I just redid mine. What condition is yours in do you have photos?

You will need to remove several philps screws under the cover
This will allow you to remove plastic plate.
Once plate is off remove the torx screws holding the cover

Mine has some cracks and will just get worse over time. Let me know what you think in the photo.

When mine cracked, I had it reupholstered and had the "God's Head" mercury logo embroidered into it
