Retainer Push Nuts

I was replacing my brakes and rotors and noticed on the front passenger side, there were two retainer push nuts, but there weren't any on the drivers side front. Does anyone else have these holding on the rotors?

They are only there to hold the rotors in place during the manufacturing process.
